Faro Arm & CMM & Verisurf experience is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection requirements of machined parts as needed for product compliance using standard inspection tools and/or Computerized Measurement Machine (CMM).
- First Article inspection documentation.
- Perform receiving inspection of new and processed products.
- Use and setup Mylar as inspection media.
- Complete AS9102 forms.
- Read and interpret specifications for inspection requirements of raw material, hardware and processed parts.
- Operate equipment using Verisurf X92019.
Preferred Background & Education
- Knowledge and understand complex blueprints
- Knowledge of GD&T, and ANSI Y 1
- Understanding of Aircraft coordinate system
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in supervising several inspectors a plus.
Skills Required:
- Must be able to multitask in high paced environment
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if and when required
- Able to communicate with internal and external Quality Engineers ,customers in professional manner
- Hand tool calibration
Salary:
$33.00 to $36.00 /hour
