The Parish Association Erding-Langengeisling is currently seeking a part-time or mini-job employee (m/f/d) for caretaker services at Clarkston Heights-Vineland, WA.

Your responsibilities:

General caretaker tasks such as independent inspection of buildings and facilities and monitoring of safety obligations
Minor maintenance and repair work
Maintenance and cleaning of green and outdoor areas
Winter service
Assistance in the preparation and execution of events
Contact person for service providers and craftsmen

Our requirements:

Completed vocational training in a trade or comparable education or professional experience desired
Interest in the care of technical trades
Independent and structured way of working
Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
Willingness to work on weekends
Own car for workrelated trips
Identification with the goals and values of the Catholic Church desired
