- Execute ongoing email campaigns.
- Create and manage creative briefs.
- Collaborate with the relevent departments for strategic email marketing designs.
- Maintain integrity of email production across various systems and devices.
- Maintain updated email marketing knowledge base and strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (e-commerce a plus)
- Experience working directly with an ESP and analytics tool.
- Proven success in developing, initiating, analyzing, and adjusting email marketing campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in an email marketing analyst role.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direction
- Strong relationship building, leadership and project management skills.

Job DescriptionWe are recruiting an experienced Email Marketing Specialist for a high-end design company in Sacramento. This is a contract part time opportunity (3+ months) and 25-30 hours per week. Our client offers competitive pay, some schedule flexibility and a fun work environment. The Email Marketing Specialist will support multiple marketing functions to ensure that email initiatives are launched and completed on time with aligned goals and executed with the highest degree of accuracy and effectiveness. Position can be hybrid or remote. Pay range: $35-$40/hour DOE.
The ideal candidate will be organized, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Must have strong technical ability, project management skills and experience with email and online marketing.
