Primary Responsibilities:


  • Varies per role
  • Inquire within to learn more about these role opportunities and responsibilities
  • Advance through crosstraining in multiple roles and substitutes when necessary. All employees are expected to crosstrain as a Swim Instructor
  • Provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members Job Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to work with children
  • Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • All employees must crosstrain as a swim instructor/lifeguard
