About the OrganizationDescription The Dispatch position requires answering multiple phone lines, data entry, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask.

Our dispatchers act as a liaison to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Must provide exceptional customer service. Maintaining lasting positive relationships with staff and customers is key. Excellent organizational skills, along with strong listening, and written/verbal communication are necessary. A working knowledge of computers, software and office machines is a must. Manage large amounts of incoming calls for all services.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
