We are currently looking for an Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) to join our team at MEP Plan GmbH in Stockton Bend, TX.

MEP Plan GmbH is a medium-sized engineering firm located in the state capital of Dresden, specializing in nature conservation, forestry, and environmental planning.

We offer services ranging from mapping (fauna, flora, forests) to planning, implementation, and monitoring for a variety of projects, with a focus on landscape planning, species protection, forestry, and renewable energy.

Our main area of activity is in central Germany, primarily in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, and Brandenburg, but we also work on projects throughout the country for clients including companies, private individuals, and public institutions.

To be able to handle the complex tasks of our clients with a high quality standard and sound professional knowledge, we are constantly looking for suitable employees who are interested in tackling complex issues and open to creative solutions within legal regulations and professional guidelines.

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an assistant to support our management team. The role includes managing offers from initial request to invoicing. The entire process is carried out in close coordination with the management, project managers, and office management.

Previous professional experience is desirable but not a mandatory requirement, as long as the candidate is willing to take on the new tasks.
