We are currently seeking a
Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in Hannover, Mount Olive, NC, for a
direct hire and
permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing expert advice to clients on tax and social security issues
  • Preparing monthly payroll and completing annual closing tasks
  • Managing employee master and movement data
  • Handling reporting and correspondence with authorities and social security institutions
  • Creating personnelrelated statistics and reports
  • Assisting in the continuous optimization and development of payroll processes
  • Supporting the implementation of new product portfolios

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d)) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of social security, income tax, and labor law
  • Experience with TVöD is an advantage
  • Customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities
