CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU BUILD, STANDS

Coordination of all tasks from the bidding stage to the completion of our new construction projects
Ensuring technical, organizational, and contractual compliance
Preparation and execution of tenders for potential subcontractors
Monitoring compliance with quality standards and ensuring high quality of construction work
Cost and schedule control, quality assurance, and defect tracking
Coordination of subcontractors on the construction site
Responsibility for organizing and coordinating the flow of materials
Coordination with authorities, specialist planners, clients, and client representatives

WHAT YOU PROMISE, YOU KEEP

Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field of study in the construction industry, or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience
