Quest Trust Company is a premier Self-Directed IRA custodian that administers IRAs for the purpose of investing in alternative investments, like real estate, notes, oil and gas, private placements, and more_

OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the _Billing Representative_, you'll be responsible for:_

-
_Processing__ daily transactions via credit card payments, check, and PayPal payments_
-
_Reviewing/ Researching__ accounts to identify best fee plan and system errors_
-
_Processing__ refunds, voids, and credit for future fees as needed with manager approval_
-
_Generating __statements and TNET tasks including closing/opening accounts and changing fee plans and fee methods_
-
_Performing __other job-related duties as required_

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for the role of Billing Representative, here are the skills we're looking for:_

_Previous customer service experience __(a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended)_

_Previous billing/collections experience __(a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended)_

_Time-management skills __with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks_

_Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite __(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)_

_Adaptable __and able to work well in a team environment_

_Salesforce __platform or compatible CRM experience preferred_

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- _A high school diploma is required_
- _An Associate degree is preferred_
- _A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly experience recommended_
