Hoxton Circle has partnered with a specialty retail client that wants to add an on-site part-time IT systems analyst to support up to 35 users.

The role is Monday through Thursday onsite part-time up to 30 hours per week in the Dayton, NJ area. Please see duties below.

  • Provides technical support, planning, and coordination for End User touch points of the distributed computer environment, including desktop, software, and hardware installation, support and distribution, and remote access technologies.
  • Provides technical support for Printers, RF Scanner Devices, Time Clocks, Network devices and other peripheral equipment deployed in the DC.
  • Performs analysis, diagnosis, coordination, and planning of horizontal network cable management processes including installation, moves, adds, changes, and repairs.
  • Acts as a technical liaison with user groups and other IT partners for systems support and implementation.
  • Provides L1 ERP Dynamics BC support.
  • Coordinates schedules and technical work order instructions to contracted labor for installations, moves, adds, and changes within the desktop computing environment.
  • Technical documentation of hardware/software additions or changes
  • Update inventory, addition, or changes to the inventory database.
  • Updates and closes trouble tickets and service requests.

Qualifications:


  • 45 years experience with enduser support in a desktop/laptop environment
  • Service management ticketing tool experience required.
  • Experience in ServiceNow highly preferred.
  • Microsoft/Apple/Comp TIA highly desired.
