    Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has an excellent opportunity for a Production Control Analyst at our facility located in Oyster Bay, NY.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitors daily production schedules and suggests adjustments as appropriate; advises Production and Sales of changes in the schedule.
    • Assists in investigating production control problems, analyzing root causes, and devising solutions.
    • Analyzes statistics on job set ups and recommends adjustments to work schedules.
    • Maintains the electronic production job scheduling program.
    • Enters orders into the production schedule based on the Master Schedule and requested customer delivery dates, availability of raw materials, and equipment.
    • Determines customer order ship dates based on material availability/lead times, current production schedules and production capacities.
    • Helps to resolve conflicts to support target ship dates.
    • Monitors inventory levels and access to the material.
    • Serves as the back-up to the Materials & Scheduling Manager, including the ordering of raw materials in his/her absence.
    • Serves as a technical resource to the Production Scheduler on issues that require escalation for timely resolution and is the back-up person in his/her absence.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Statistics
    • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Team player able to work well across multiple business operations.
    • Advanced computer literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Good with numbers

    Job Details:

    • Reports to Department Manager
    • Full-Time Salaried Employee
    • First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
    • Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
