Position Summary:
Provide Uncompromising and outstanding customer satisfaction as reported from client communications.
Goals

Build Strong Client Relationships
·
Achieve retention rates
of 80% and higher for contracts
·
Upsell 40% of their book.
·
Close 60%-70% of appointments
·
Exceeds client expectations on turnover time.
Primary Duties
·
Primary Client Contact of assigned accounts and service agreements
·
Meets or exceeds site visit requirement's
·
Cross sells and up-sells thru pro-active efforts
·
Provides accurate estimates
·
Achieve minimum sales requirement's
·
Quickly and effectively solves clients problems
·
Promotes a positive work environment
·
Participates and helps staff work functions
·
Works closely with office staff to ensure smooth running of administrative functions on accounts
·
Assists Department and General Manager with implementation of a safe, productive, and profitable work environment
·
Assists with training and equipment information
·
Follow and enforce company policy
·
Be on the lookout for procedural improvements
·
Daily Truck inspections done on the spray trucks
Job requirements
·
Ability to read contracts and sales to residential customers
·
Ability to quote maintance contracts
in a manner profitable to A Plus
·
Have a valid DL and be able to operate large trucks, equipment,
and trailers as needed
·
Have good communication skills
·
Be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and evaluate priorities of job routines
Job Environment / Physical Requirements
Outdoor temperature conditions typical of Iowa through winter, spring, summer, and fall
Outdoor exposure to conditions ranging from the sun,
heat, wind, cold, snow, rain, etc
Work in a office setting with a computer and reports with no mistakes
