- Provide day-to-day security management, oversight and implementation for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Facility as a Contractor Special Security Offices (CSSO) along with experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in accordance with DoDM volumes 1-3.
- Experience in all security disciplines with the ability to integrate requirements into a successful security program - Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and/or Operational.
- Working knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and Intelligence Community Directives.
- Working knowledge of Security databases including DISS, NISS, e-QUIP, SWFT.
- Knowledge of Closed Area Standards and ICD 705
- Generate and implement security plans for secure areas (SOP, OPSEC, etc)
- Knowledge in construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies.
- Develop and administer security education training for SCI.
- Review and track DD254s and generate subcontractor DD254s as needed.
- Initiate and manage personnel clearance lifecycle
- Responsible for the successful preparation and completion of security inspections/audits by government customers.
- Ensure physical security of classified areas including semi-annual maintenance of alarm system(s) that meet UL2050 certification.
- Top Secret SCI (eligibility) clearance in place with an investigation date in the last 5 years.
- 5+ years of related Security Management work experience as a CSSO/CPSO with DoD, IC and other USG agencies

HOW WILL THIS POSITION CONTRIBUTE?
Mission: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Matrix security staff, engineers, and government customers. Managing and enforcing DoD security programs and requirements for various program types and levels of classification.
