Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team for nights and weekends. The Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats
- Cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
