The person in this position is the primary contact with our US and Global accounts on a daily basis to review and process their delivery, scheduling, and forecast needs while working in the most efficient ways to support the customer and the company's overall needs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain complex formulated Excel workbooks
- Analyze and manipulate data using Excel
- Process orders, forecast, and requests
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Keep accurate records
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
