- Perform telemetry trending, mission performance analysis, calibration, and maintenance of satellite and ground systems.
- Participate in on-orbit operations, assess satellite and ground system health, and assist with anomaly support.
- Develop and update mission operations products based on discrepancy reports, change requests, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with experts to develop and maintain operational command products and tools.
- Support integration and testing of new capabilities for satellite and ground systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams and less experienced employees.
- Prepare and present technical content to peers, management, and customers.
- Maintain effective relationships within the department, business units, and the company.
- Perform other necessary duties.
- Work settings may vary from office to production areas requiring protective gear.

- Engineer Senior - Systems: $137,500 - $173,500 annually
- Engineer Principal - Systems: $154,000 - $194,500 annually
- Staff Consultant - Systems: $173,000 - $218,000 annually
- BS in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5-16 years of related experience.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience in satellite operations, spacecraft design, mission management, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Experience in developing mission operations products.
- Knowledge of software engineering, hardware engineering, and related disciplines.
- Experience with simulators, test benches, and cloud development environments.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools and Atlassian products.
