Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the management and further development of the entire product line for chemical smoothing (PowerFuse, PowerFuse PP) from a market, competition, and supplier perspective, as well as for aligning it with our future target markets and segments.
  • In addition, you will create product features, including customer-oriented, business-related (e.g. compliance with regulations), and non-functional requirements.
  • You will also identify and design products and product solutions.
  • Creating specifications and requirements based on profiles is also part of your job.
  • You will accompany the product development to achieve our common goals (features, timeline, costs) and prepare and execute product launches.
  • Finally, you will support ongoing products, monitor the market (trends, competitors), and take care of product controlling (evaluations, budgeting).

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical process engineering) or a completed technical training with relevant additional qualifications.
  • You have previous experience in project management.
  • Experience in product management in the mechanical engineering industry would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • You enjoy learning and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks.
  • You have a high level of initiative, but also value
