Independent preparation and execution of easement procurement
Independent negotiation with property owners, communities, associations, and beneficiaries
Management of external service providers for obtaining property rights
Preparation and review of registration applications

You bring with you:

Completed training as a notary assistant (m/f/d) or similar legal education
Experience in land register and contract law as well as in obtaining easements
Assertiveness, negotiation and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of German
Structured and careful way of working
Knowledge of common MS Office programs and SAP
