Are you a qualified nurse (m/f/d) with a qualification as a practice instructor? Can you imagine taking on the role of practice instructor for our trainees (m/f/d) and employees in recognition on a newly created learning area? Do you want enough time to implement practical training? Are you interested in working on an interdisciplinary unit at a high level within the framework of nursing care for small patient groups, and do you want to convey security, structure, expertise, and process-oriented work? Then you are exactly right for our team on Unit 9.

Your tasks in the team - because variety is important.

  • A varied and challenging role within the broad treatment spectrum of different departments
  • Ensuring practical training in accordance with current legal regulations and companyspecific requirements such as quality guidelines and nursing standards
  • Taking on internal practice instruction for our trainees in nursing (m/f/d) as well as our employees in recognition (m/f/d)
  • Ensuring and conducting onthejob discussions
  • Participation in practical exams
  • Assessment and determination of individual nursing needs for our patients with complex care needs
  • Organization, implementation, and further development of the individual nursing process and unit procedures
  • Analysis, assurance, and further development of the nursing quality of patients
  • Maintaining digital nursing process documentation to ensure necessary individual care
  • Holistic care and counseling for our patients and their families
