At the beginning of the dual study program, our apprentices and students (m/f/d) from all years of training meet to welcome "the new ones". This usually takes place on a weekend shortly before the start of training or studies. In a cozy atmosphere, we grill and you get to know your apprentice colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
During the first week of your dual studies, the so-called introductory days take place, where you will receive enough input to prepare yourself for the start in the bank. After that, you will go directly to your first assignment in the bank, for example in customer service.
In all areas, you will have a fixed contact person for all your questions, but you will also be actively integrated into the entire team and will also work independently on exciting projects depending on the department.

What do we offer you?

As a student (m/f/d), you will receive your own iPad on the first day. You will use this, among other things, to expand your digital skills in the bank, always be up to date, or work on the various e-learning modules that will support you in your learning process.
