- Defines the vision and business strategy for the category including North Star metric(s) and KPIs for measuring results
- Manages category P&L and develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business
- Develops vendor relationships inclusive of terms negotiations and growth focused initiatives
- Drives broad adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience
- Devise clear frameworks for making day-to-day decisions
- Lead execution of projects including building project plans
- Drive commitments from internal teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Category Management
- Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for subcategories.
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience driving internal crossteam collaboration
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Experience driving direction and alignment with crossfunctional teams
