ABOUT OUR CLIENT


Our client, a reputable commercial general contractor is actively seeking to add to their growing team a experienced construction Project Estimator to support their growing project pipeline within the retail, Quick Serve market.

-
This is an in office position located in Deer Park, New York._


IDEAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 24 years of verifiable construction estimating experience
  • Groundup, Remodel, Renovation, Tenant Improvements experience
  • Fluent in Take off's
- salary is based on experience

  • Experienced with bidding/estimating software/programs

Pay:
Up to $120,000.00 per year
