The role - your passion

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing treasury and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities in the US.

This role is crucial to maintaining effective communication between our US operations and the headquarters in Munich.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring the efficient management of company funds.
Handle administrative tasks related to financial operations, like processing invoices and payments.
Implement and monitor business processes in line with finance requirements.
Act as a liaison between the US operations and the headquarters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

What you need to surf the wave with us

Proven experience in an accounting or treasury role or backoffice /assistance role.
Understanding of accounting principles and in best case financial reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not necessary
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Offer of employment contingent on passing a preemployment background and reference check.

Salary Range
:
$55,000 - $75,000 per year.

FLSA Status:
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
