Job Description:

  • Primary contact for technical matters for the factories in France, Portugal, and Brazil
  • Preparation of cost calculations for new factories/departments
  • Handling of machine shipments and special deliveries to international factories
  • Project coordination/management for optimization projects
  • Establishment, expansion, and relocation of products and processes
  • Development of concepts for determining production locations, including restructuring and revitalization of existing locations
  • Preparation of competitive analyses

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, production management, or a related field. Leadership experience preferred.
  • Technical training, such as in toolmaking, is advantageous
  • Experience in metal forming, stamping/bending technology, and heat treatment
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • National and international travel readiness
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and confident demeanor
