Are you a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling role in mental health care? Join our dynamic team at Mercy Health and take a pivotal role as the Psychiatrist for our innovative programs.
Psychiatrist - Addiction and Mental Health Programs
Your daily tasks will include conducting Psychiatric History and Physical assessments, certifying appropriate levels of care, performing 2-3 intakes per day, and diligently monitoring and following up with each patient within the program.
Level 1:
Level 2: Level 3: Extended Care (EC), a six-week maintenance program
# A two-week partial hospitalization program for adults needing more than outpatient counseling but not requiring inpatient care.
Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
Board certification in Psychiatry
Collaborate with a highly-trained team of doctors, including inpatient psychiatrists, an adult addiction psychiatrist, and outpatient child adolescent psychiatrists, alongside full-time Nurse Practitioners.
Full-time, hospital-employed position with an emphasis on outpatient practice.The Henry Palmer Behavioral Health Clinic boasts a dedicated team of approximately 50 outpatient staff, including psychiatrists, master's level mental health and AODA clinicians, and administrative personnel.
The facility also houses Day Treatment Mental Health and Addiction programs, with a team of 12-15 multidisciplinary staff.Utilize the EPIC EMR system for streamlined and efficient record-keeping.
