▪ Instructed pre-determined curriculum in Peers Educating Peers (PEP) classes, facilitating high school students going into middle school classes to present information on making choices about drugs, alcohol, and tobacco; dealing with peer pressure; developing healthy friendships; and making choices about sexual activity.
▪ Taught Culinary Basics, International Cuisine, and ProStart 1 and 2, a nation-wide program designed to teach skills to students who want to enter the culinary field or further their culinary skills.
▪ Facilitated students in working with chefs to prepare for ProStart competitions in 2010, 2018, and 2019. Won state and went to nationals in 2018. Placed 6th in state in 2019.
