Description

Tasks

  • Identification and implementation of tax measures to achieve project goals and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Independent management of projects and technical leadership of project team
  • Independent monitoring of project results and approved services towards the client
  • Contact person for all relevant stakeholders
  • Allocation of internal and external services in accordance with applicable regulations and processes, as well as processing of contract amendments and internal agreements
  • Preparation and review of cost calculations and negotiations with the customer
  • Risk management and contract/change management according to the performance profiles HOAI, AHO, and possibly VOB

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, traffic engineering, architecture, electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience and relevant expertise in the processing and handling of projects, preferably in municipal infrastructure/flood protection
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Several years of project management experience, including excellent knowledge of scheduling and cost control for complex construction and planning projects
