Do you enjoy working in the field of Human Resources and do you find active communication with different stakeholders in both German and English languages in an international environment enjoyable? We offer you an exciting and diverse role as a Coordinator for Nautical Operations at our headquarters in Basel.

In this position, you will be responsible for crew management and the supervision of up to 15 cabin ships on rivers throughout Europe.

You will lead approximately 150 nautical employees.

Your responsibilities will include recruitment, handling of entry and exit formalities, travel planning for personnel, monitoring expense reports, and creating seasonal duty and rotation schedules.

Compliance with operational and legal requirements is a given for you. You will also assist with winter mooring and port planning, and maintain data in the company's systems.
