We are currently looking for a
Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for entering customer master data and order data into our CRM system
The development of offers, their tracking and management until the order is placed is part of your responsibilities
You actively support pre and aftersales activities at customer events
Your tasks also include participating in complaint processing and customer support, as well as providing telephone customer advice
You support and advise the sales team and take on assistant tasks for the outside sales team

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have good English skills and speak fluent German
Your proficient use of common MS Office applications and desirable knowledge of CRM systems round off your profile
You convince with excellent communication and negotiation skills
You have a quick grasp and can quickly familiarize yourself with new implementationrelated content
You have enthusiasm for IT security and enjoy working in a team
