Customer Service Representative

Duties:


  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage for serving diverse customer base
