Your tasks:
You conduct service- and sales-oriented consulting conversations in commercial customer contact via all digital communication channels. You process occasions, promotions, and campaigns and are responsible for achieving defined contact goals. You recognize cross- and upselling approaches and generate high-quality appointment arrangements. You contribute to the continuous improvement process.

You are a good fit for us if you have completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and ideally have already gained initial professional experience in customer service.

Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a tax clerk, legal assistant, etc.) and are willing to acquire the necessary expertise through further training at Sparkasse Düren. You enjoy communicating and interacting with people and live the service and sales mindset with all your heart. You have a passion for digital media.
