Supervisory/Management:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of vacant and future vacant apartment turns
- Maintain list of all ongoing renovation projects (track progress, budget, and any changes to original scope of work)
- Interface with various company vendors

Tenant Relations:
- Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction with management; work with maintenance team to schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notices
Additional Requirements
- Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
- Strong MS Office skills (particularly Word/Excel) are required
- Familiarity with fair housing
- 13 years experience preferred (real estate/property management)
Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
