    As a Maintenance Supervisor at GIT, you'll oversee maintenance operations for one of our multifamily properties. Your role involves maintaining our community, delivering top-notch service to residents, leading and inspiring the maintenance team, and coordinating unit refurbishments and occupancy.

    The Maintenance Supervisor position requires a focused individual dedicated to ensuring property aesthetics and performance are top-notch. The Supervisor must juggle multiple tasks to ensure maintenance operations meet or exceed expectations.

    • Overseeing all maintenance operations at the property
    • Supervising all maintenance team tasks
    • Interviewing, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff
    • Ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests
    • Scheduling unit refurbishments and occupancy
    • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept community
    • Responding to emergencies
    • Managing external contractors
    • Providing stellar customer service to residents
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Resides near Plano, Texas, with a valid driver's license and reliable transport
    • 3+ years' experience in a similar maintenance supervisory role
    • Certified in HVAC and CPO
    • Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, appliance troubleshooting, pool maintenance, HVAC, basic carpentry, and painting
    • Works well in fast-paced environments, meeting company objectives and deadlines
    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
    • Effective communication with residents, staff, and management
    • Fluent in English
    Some resident events or emergencies may require work outside regular hours.
