As a Leasing Associate, you will have a key role at GHP. You will be the main point of contact for our potential residents, shaping their first impression and guiding them to their ideal home.

REPORTS TO: Community Manager/Leasing Manager

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and exceptional living experience for new residents. Demonstrate company values and service excellence.
Sales and Marketing: Generate excitement through creative campaigns, outreach, and social media. Meet sales targets and uphold service standards with a strong closing ratio. Implement resident retention strategies.

YOU HAVE:

Passion for providing outstanding customer and colleague experiences in a dynamic setting
2-5 years' experience in sales or customer service
Basic computer skills
Successful completion of background and drug screenings
Clean driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regular physical attendance
Movement around apartment homes and community
Physical tasks like bending, lifting, and reaching
Capacity to lift up to 25lbs
Situation-appropriate stationary posture

Salary Range: $19-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
