    Warehouse Lead Job Description

    We are searching for an experienced warehouse lead to oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
    • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
    • Tracking and coordinating receiving, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
    • Documentation
    • Ensure safety regulations are followed.
    • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse.
    • Coordinating and maintaining warehouse equipment.
    • Communication with other departments.

    Warehouse Lead Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Bilingual speaker English/Spanish
    • Forklift certified

    Schedule Monday to Friday 2:30PM to 12:00PM

    Overtime may be required at times.
