    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Lead Site Facilitator to oversee and manage daily classes and operations. The Lead Site Facilitator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of classes in real-time and of all activities and logistics behind the planning coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining a safe and productive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to handle diverse tasks efficiently, including the live observation of 3 online classes simultaneously. Works closely and under the supervision of the program director.


    Duties/Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the site/locations.
    • Collaborate with staff to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Manage schedules and resources effectively to meet project timelines and goals.
    • Serve as a point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Train and supervise site staff as necessary to perform classes.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management.
    • Communicate effectively with management, providing updates on on-site activities, challenges, and achievements.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments or teams as needed.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Keeping daily attendance and testing scores data in compliance with grantees.

    Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Sitting, Standing, Walking, Talking, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times. Physical Demands: Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.

    1. Stand less than 33% of the time on duty.
    2. Walk less than 33% of the time on duty.
    3. Sit between 33% and 66% of the time on duty.
    4. Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel over 66% of the time on duty.
    5. Reach with hands or arms less than 33% of the time.
    6. Full ability to talk and hear.
    7. Correctable vision required.
    8. Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

    Minimum Educational and General Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
    • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
