Requirements:
CBRF credentials preferred but not required - must obtain certification within 90 days (training available through LindenGrove)

Job Summary:

Assists residents with their personal needs and care (activities of daily living) and assists the nursing staff in providing care and treatment.

Assistance can include supervision of cares performed by a resident, or verbal cues or encouragement in order for the resident to perform self-care or full assistance with cares/toileting/bathing/grooming/assisting/conducting activities/medication administration and maintaining a clean environment.
