The IB Baden, as part of the Internationaler Bund, is a modern service provider in the fields of vocational training, further education, qualification, and social work. The IB Baden works closely with businesses, service companies, municipalities, states, and the employment agency.
At the Rastatt / Baden-Baden location, we have been conducting numerous educational measures and projects for young people and young adults for many years. Among other things, we are responsible for school social work at district and municipal schools.

We are currently looking for social pedagogues* in full-time or part-time positions to work at schools in the Rastatt district (Bühl, Gaggenau).

Your responsibilities

  • Youth social work at general education schools
  • Internal and external networking
  • Social pedagogical group work
  • Individual case assistance, counseling, and support for multiple and individual problem situations
  • Crisis intervention
  • Assistance and support with official matters
  • Maintaining contacts and cooperation with authorities, parents, and network partners
  • Project work and preventive work with school classes

Your profile

  • A degree in social pedagogy / social work (diploma, bachelor's, master's) or a comparable qualification
