    Advise and support location managers on a variety of tactical and strategic people issues in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, retention, and engagement.


    • Recruit for all full time non-management positions (Pilots, Mechanics, Medical Coordinators) as well as per diem Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Physicians.


    • Screen Resumes


    • Send out rejection or follow up emails in ADP


    • Respond to inquiries from HR email about job postings and positions


    • Conduct Initial Phone & Live Interview


    • Job Postings- Keep the boards up to date

    o LinkedIn

    o Indeed

    o Flight web

    o Career Builder

    o Florida college boards


    • Conduct background and drug screening on all potential candidates.


    • Takes the lead on critical projects and track initiatives to assure timely completion and total compliance.


    • Performs and/or coordinates a variety of advanced administrative duties including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation, proofreading, filing, and other office administrative functions.


    • Assist Chief Pilot and Director of Maintenance with Aviation PRIA paperwork.


    • Front line employee liaison for aviation, maintenance, and medical department employee relations and concerns. Escalating issues to HR Manager.


    • Other duties as assigned by Management.
