    Job DescriptionSalary: 65000

    The Hybrid Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises a small caseload of clients & provides temporary coverage to clients as needed. This full time position reports directly to the Director of Treatment Development and will be assigned to provide support to clients across a small region. This position is hybrid, requiring 2 days on site weekly.

    Position Overview:

    • Reports to the Director of Treatment Development (Regional BCBA)
    • Ongoing caseload support of 100 scheduled weekly client hours in assigned clinic(s)
    • Assigned to support clients when needed due to BCBA LOA, resignation etc, up to 250 weekly scheduled client hours until the need subsides.
    • In absence of caseload beyond ongoing assigned clients this role may be asked to support:
      • BCBAs with assessments through report writing, conducting parent interviews, setting up Central Reach for data collection
      • Training of technicians during their shadow sessions or conducting competency checks
      • Conducting supervision for a BCBA on PTO to ensure client receives a minimum of 10% supervision
      • Create clinic support tasks as delegated (material/protocol/training content).
    • A minimum of 15 hours of billable work is required per week. When this role is supporting a full caseload the minimum billing expectation will be 25 hours.
    • The role will report on site twice per week. The remaining days, the hybrid BCBA may determine location of support provided, including remotely via telehealth.

    Minimum Education or Training Equivalent to:

    • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines is required: applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology or related field.
    • Must a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 3 years of experience
