Job Description

  • As an EDI Specialist at Iyanbito, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing EDI connections with our partners and coordinating with our service providers.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for internal departments, connected customers and suppliers, developers, and EDI service providers.
  • You will independently integrate new partners into our EDI and ERP system.
  • You will work on continuous process improvements, assist in resolving any issues with the EDI system, and ensure smooth operations.
  • You will also participate in projects and assist in implementing change requests.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification.
  • You have experience in the EDI field and knowledge of data exchange with customers, suppliers, and service providers using EDIFACT according to EANCOM standards.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • You have a good understanding of IT processes and their interconnections, and can structure them effectively.
  • You are a team player and can work independently and proactively to find solutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in application support and a willingness to stay updated on current IT trends is desirable.
