The Hunger Hydraulik Group is internationally active and is divided into various companies. Their products include hydraulic cylinders, seals and guide elements, abrasives, hydraulic units, hydraulic components, complete systems as well as commissioning and repairs.

To support our management, we are currently looking for a

Lawyer (m/f/d) / Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, supervision and monitoring of construction projects
  • Regular review of existing contracts and adaptation to new legal frameworks and decisions
  • Examination and processing of national and international customer contracts, factory contracts, service contracts and construction contracts
  • Handling and preparation of opinions on legal issues within national and international business relationships
  • Contract and deadline management

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in law or economics or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of commitment and resilience
  • Loyalty and integrity
  • Strong understanding of complex contractual relationships and situations
  • Proficient in MS Office
