RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnered with a direct seller insurance company with a national presence in recruiting for a Marketing Analyst, Digital.

Responsibilities

Work with outside agencies and inside partners to collaborate, troubleshoot and review data tracking and reporting for consistency and accuracy
Develop reports and data visualizations for ongoing measurement for omnichannel marketing including advertising, direct mail, addressable media, online marketing, SEM, email, and other marketing campaigns
Proactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data to extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-making
Communicate research and analytical findings and implications to management
May be called upon for additional duties

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required; a master degree is preferred
One years or more relevant experience is preferred
Hands on experience with data analytics and report building is a must
Excellent mathematical skills required and strong statistical background preferred
Able to approach issues proactively and prioritize/reprioritize in a dynamic work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs such as Excel and Access, and proficiency in statistical and reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy are preferred
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL is a plus
Experience with digital analytics tools and tag managers such as Adobe, Google Analytics
