    We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team

    The Everett Clinic and The Polyclinic joined Optum in 2019. Our partnership with Optum means we're able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services. As we grow, we'll keep on providing top-quality care, just as we always have.

    ~ Outpatient Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments and in office procedures
    ~Medical Assistants, RNs, and clinical support on-site
    ~ Full time is a 4-day work week; Many of our clinics has onsite lab and x-ray, specialty services, pharmacy services, behavioral health services and walk-in clinics

    EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred

    Washington Residents Only :
    T he salary range for Washington residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

    In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
