The Network & Security team is a business enabler and central partner for the reliable and secure provision of IT network and security infrastructure at Viega.

As an IT Platform Manager - Security, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and optimization of our security solutions in collaboration with external service providers. You will be part of a motivated team of 7 employees and actively contribute to achieving the Viega strategy and implementing the Viega purpose.

Your tasks

  • Management of our best-in-class security solutions such as Endpoint Detection & Response, Mobile Device Management, PAM, SOC, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management in the IT and OT areas.
  • Identification of optimization potentials and coordination of the conception and implementation in your area of responsibility
  • Support in projects in the network and security environment and consulting of project teams in the conception and implementation phase
  • Control of operational measures to significantly contribute to finding solutions in the event of security incidents

  • Successfully completed IT training and/or degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or natural sciences
