This Administrative Associate supports the Head of Global Technology Operations in the Information Technology division.As an Administrative Associate, you will:
- Maintain a complex and ever
- changing calendar, proactively and rationally rearrange and reschedule meetings as they are prioritized.
- Review the current and following weeks schedule and ensuring that the person you are supporting is prepared, coordinating all appropriate team members / attendees with all required materials for meetings.
- Effectively represent Global Technology efficiently by representing consistent, high level of professionalism, with a natural ease for senior leaders and all vendors.
- Maintain travel, including global and international. Supply required documents and assisting in all needed materials (vaccinations, etc.)
- Own executive conference room requests with the ability to rearrange and help other parties identify alternate conference spaces.
- Order and inventory department office supplies as needed. Monitors expenditures.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes
- Minimum of 3 years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size organization
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate degree or related degree preferred.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, with opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and balance multiple priorities.
- A positive and collaborative demeanor.
