Job Overview:
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent client satisfaction and devote him/herself to guaranteeing client satisfaction. Maintain CSI ratings at required benchmark.
- Follow dealership guidelines and properly fill out all necessary paperwork required in the sale of a vehicle.
- Maintain an owner followup system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to client satisfaction.
- Introduce clients to the Service Department emphasizing to clients the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Pay:
From $600.00 per week
