At the earliest possible date, we are seeking a Technical Plant Management / Maintenance Planning Clerk (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Munich.
Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data of the track systems, as well as updating the data to ensure its accuracy and the safety of the systems (maintenance responsibility)

You will also ensure timely updates of data in SAP R/3 to maintain high quality of the system data

In addition, you will ensure consistent data maintenance according to given quality targets in the technical system SAP R/3 and will be responsible for data reconciliation between the commercial and technical systems in SAP R/3

You will maintain the cost centers of all technical areas in SAP and work with the asset accounting department

You will ensure warranty entries and monitoring through regular evaluations of changed or newly created technical areas

You will ensure deadline planning, including assigning technical areas to corresponding maintenance positions and planning maintenance for the systems

You will carry out maintenance planning in your assigned area of responsibility and contribute to harmonizing deadlines

You will approve inspections in your assigned area, create annual inspection lists, and optimize
