Your tasks

  • You represent our physiotherapy practice, are our figurehead and contact person for our patients
  • You ensure optimal patient care
  • Ideally, you can work both early and late shifts
  • You coordinate patient appointments and staff scheduling
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks and handle commercial duties
  • You are responsible for preparing billing

Your profile

  • You are a business administrator (m/f/d) in the healthcare sector/medical assistant (m/f/d), MFA, MTA or hotel manager (m/f/d) and enjoy administrative tasks
  • You are proficient in working with PCs and common office applications
  • Teamwork and communication skills are important to you
  • Coordination skills, selforganization, and a customeroriented confident appearance are among your special strengths
