Operation Coordinator at our Los Angeles headquarters. An exciting career awaits the person who possesses the will and abilities to learn our business and support the development of our group

Responsibilities

Handle Ocean import shipments FCL/LCL.
Process ISF, AMS, ACI and Emanifest filling.
Coordinate with Customs brokers and customers review tariff code.
Follow up customs clearance document and release status with customer
Collaborate with other teams internally to ensure the highest level of service possible
Communicate with vendors, customers to provide solutions & highend customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majors relating to Supply Chain or related but not required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Willingness to go above and beyond for clients
Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management and ability to prioritize shipments
Bilingual in Chinese will be a plus but not required
Legal status to work in the US
